Meet the Team

Jane has over 26 years of experience in helping families effected by separation and divorce.  She is a trained and experienced mediation supervisor.  Her knowledge and experience have helped build the agency. Jane is a member of the College of Mediators and the Family Mediation Council.

Jo manages the mediation service and helps guide people through the mediation process. She knows delays can cause distress and ensures appointments are offered as soon as is possible. Jo joined the team six years ago, after a long career in financial services. She wanted to work somewhere that helped people to live happier lives. Recently Jo has trained to deliver a ‘Parenting When Separated’ course to groups of parents.

Beth can help you with any questions or worries you may have about the mediation process. From understanding what mediation is, to scheduling appointments, Beth is always on hand to support you and our mediation team.

Graham is the Chief Executive. He makes sure that the business runs well and delivers a quality service for the people it helps. He spent 8yrs developing and supporting services that support families experiencing conflict. He also worked as a Director of Relate North East.

Gill is the Chair of the Board of Directors that oversees all of Tees Valley Mediation’s work. For 25 years Gill’s focused on building and delivering mediation across Tees Valley. Her mediation service helped people to reach agreements that worked for their families. It helped improve things for both parents and their children.

Abby is available to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have regarding the mediation process, including but not limited to understanding mediation, appointment scheduling and applying for the mediation voucher scheme on behalff of our clients.
