We will meet you on daytimes or evenings, including weekends. Mediation can take a month or two, court can go on for at least four months and in some cases for years.

What is Mediation?

Mediation gives a process where two people meet in a safe neutral place to talk about their issues, usually following or before a separation or divorce. Mediation helps you sort out practical issues that matter to you, like:

  • Where children are going to live
  • When you or your former partner will see the children
  • Child maintenance payments
  • Sharing finances (e.g. house, savings, pension)
  • Dealing with any debts
  • Seeing the grandkids
